We're on Week 21 of the tve YouTube Relay and the baton has passed to the UK - with a cool film on 'How to Change a Lightbulb'. This week's short film comes from James Button and Kristaps Kazaks.

The tve YouTube Relay is a series of short films commissioned from young filmmakers all of the world. Sponsored by Bloomberg, this unique project gives young filmmakers a chance to give us their take on everything environmental.
