The tve Global Sustainability Film Awards, now in its eighth year, is a film competition for companies and institutions, recognising those whose films most powerfully portray solutions for sustainability in line with the UN Sustainable Development Goals. The event takes place in London at The May Fair Hotel on Monday 18 November 2019. It includes a formal awards ceremony on stage, a networking drinks reception, and a three-course gala dinner. tve are looking for a part-time event coordinator for a 3-month contract starting now, to help prepare and run this annual gala awards event. We are looking for a confident and highly organised person who will work closely with the business and sustainability programme manager and the executive director to secure auction and raffle prizes, on the administration and coordination of tickets and tables, sourcing content and assisting with the production of brochures, coordination of the receptions and dinner on the night, and to help ensure that all loose ends are tied up after the event.
